All you have to do to be in the running for this prize is to use products from the Hopper Natural Colours, 100’s & 1000’s and Sprinkles range to decorate your cake, cup cakes, biscuits or other edible party treats.

2. You cannot use any colours or sprinkles or decorating items made from artificial colours.
How to enter
1. Create your masterpiece
2. List the ingredients used for decoration eg Hopper Natural colours Kiwi Green and Cherry Red, Hopper 100’s and 1000’s Giant Rainbow.
3. Take a photo and send it together with a list of Hopper products used to info@hopper.net.au
Competition opens 1 Dec 09 and Closes 28 Feb 2010.
All entries must be received by 28 Feb 2010, the winner will be announced 1 March 2010.

Terms and Conditions
1. 1. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering the competition, you accept these conditions.
2. 2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Smart Snacks and the agencies or companies associated with the competition. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain their parent / guardian’s permission to enter.
3. 3. The competition starts at 9.00am on 1Dec 2009 and closes at 11.59pm on 28 Feb 2010 AEST. (Competition Period)
4. 4. The winner and second place getter will be announced 1 March 2010.
5. 5. To enter, during the Competition Period, send in a photograph of your edible creation decorated with products from the Hopper Natural Colours, Sprinkles and 100’s and 1000’s ranges together with a list of Hopper products used. You may enter as often as you like.
6. 6. All valid entries will be entered into the competition. Smart Snacks accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
7. 7. Smart Snacks may deem entries not complying with these terms and conditions invalid. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of creative merit. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. 8. Images of entries will become Smart Snacks property. You agree that Smart Snacks may make copies of or publish your entry in any form or media and you undertake that your entry is not, and its use by Smart Snacks will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights.
9. 9.In consideration for awarding the prize to the winners, the winners agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the prize and consents to their name and image being used in promotional material.
10 10. The best valid entry as determined by the judges will the first prize of a Kitchen AidKSM150 Artisan Mixer, valued at $799, the second place getter will receive a Primo Cake Stand valued at $43.
1111. The total prize pool is valued at $842.
1212. The winner/s will be notified via email. If your contact details change during the Competition Period, it is your responsibility to notify Smart Snacks.
1313.Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by Smart Snacks, the winner will forfeit that part. Smart Snacks accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.
1414. The prize/s must be claimed by 31 March 2009 otherwise that winner will forfeit the prize and Smart Snacks will distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.
